This set is a variation on the default blue-and-ripply theme that ships with MailMan. The big difference is that the image buttons on the left side of the templates have been replaced with simple form buttons. The appearance of the buttons is controlled in the "s_style.css" style sheet. You can easily modify the entire interface by just replacing the logo image and tweaking the style sheet file.
