You can take a look at a demo installation of Endymion Mail if you like. Just log in as the user "demo", with the password "demo" at the demo log in page:

Don't be afraid to move messages around or delete them. The mailbox that you see in the demo is fake demo data that is private to your demo, and you can't damage anything by playing with it.
